Shipping from China

Orders are dispatched from China. Delivery availability, shipping charges and service options depend on your destination and the confirmed product configuration.

Before you pay

Check the delivery options and charges offered for your address. If no shipping option is available, contact us with your country, postal code and quantity for a quotation. Do not assume worldwide delivery or free shipping. Shipping charges and any agreed delivery estimate will be confirmed before payment.

Preparation

Preparation for the Champagne sauna set can take up to 15 days before shipment, subject to confirmation of the selected electrical version and stock. This is preparation time, not the time for the parcel to arrive.

Transit and tracking

International transit time is additional and depends on the carrier, destination and customs clearance. We will provide the available service estimate with your delivery confirmation and tracking information after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply at your destination. Whether they are included or collected separately must be stated in your checkout or written quotation. Do not assume duties are prepaid unless this is explicitly confirmed for the selected delivery service.
