Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before returning any item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging unless the return concerns a confirmed quality issue or shipping damage.

For international returns not caused by a confirmed product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are not promised as refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed by JK Sauna.

Damage on arrival

Please inspect your order on delivery. If shipping damage is visible, contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 48 hours—and provide the order number, photos or video of the product and packaging, and any carrier documentation available. The 48-hour guidance helps us investigate promptly; it does not automatically remove all support rights after that period. After review, JK Sauna will confirm the appropriate resolution.

Machine warranty

Our sauna machines include a one-year machine warranty. For a suspected machine quality issue, contact us with the order number and clear photos or video. Confirmed claims are reviewed for an approved resolution, which may include a replacement machine. This warranty statement does not extend a one-year free replacement promise to the enclosure, chair, carpet, zipper, fabric, frame or other accessories.
