How do I order this configuration?

Does it work in my country?
Both steam units can be supplied for 110 V or 220 V and 50/60 Hz. Choose EU, UK, AU, US, JP or CN plug format; the final electrical configuration is confirmed for the destination before the order is placed.
What can be customized?
The current concept covers frame choices, fabric or color, steam unit power, optional infrared components and private label branding. Actual combinations depend on the factory compatibility matrix.
What does the one-year machine warranty cover?
If the steam unit fails within one year because of a confirmed product quality issue, we reimburse the original selling price of the steam unit. Order proof and issue verification are required.
How is shipping calculated?
The standard set ships from Wenzhou in one 80 × 28 × 28 cm package with a gross weight of 8 kg. The available carrier, freight and destination charges are calculated for the delivery address.
