Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns: We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before returning to receive the return address and instructions.

Damaged or defective items: If your unit arrives damaged or defective, we replace it free of charge. Please provide photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return shipping: For non-defective returns, return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. For defective or damaged items, we cover all costs.

Custom / OEM orders: Customized products (custom colors, logos) are not eligible for return unless defective.
